The Circle of Men Ltd is formed as a company limited by guarantee, in other words, a not-for-profit organisation. Any profit made after the costs of room hire and running costs will be donated to various charities, which will be decided each year and published openly on the website. We also aim to provide a scholarship for men who would greatly benefit from work like Emergence Brotherhood (EB) or The Circle of Men but might not be able to pay for it without assistance. We chose to be a not-for-profit in order to bring this work to as many as possible rather than just the people who can afford it.

The Circle of Men was created out of a desire to have in-person men circles after witnessing their transformative power. The power of women's and men’s circles is so needed in this day and age, where there is such a disconnect between how we show ourselves to others and how we truly want to be seen and heard.

We chose to make our circle in person rather than spend more time on a screen where we spend so much of our time these days. This was a big part of what we wanted to do and allows us to feel our brothers and their shares more fully.

Our facilitators have completed different trainings in aspects of spirituality, shamanism, tantra and men’s work. Giving them a broad spectrum of training and experience to facilitate these circles and provide the space for men to realise their full potential.

The Team

Sam Bondarenko

Founder

Sam is the founder of The Circle Of Men and spends his day running an accountancy firm. In his spare time, he has various hobbies that keep him busy. He has completed both level 1, level 2 and assisted trainings with ISTA (International School of Temple Arts). While ISTA was transformative, he wanted to dive deeper and attended The Emergence Brotherhood Initiation workshop. Emergence Brotherhood is about exploring masculinity, self-development, and what it means to be a man in today's society. At Emergence, the desire to form an in-person Men’s Circle was cemented, and The Circle of Men was formed. While Sam has a lot of experience in various spaces, he wanted to expand his knowledge of facilitation even further and completed the Emergence Brotherhood Mentorship program.
